There is a saying that all good things come in small packages but the latter wasn’t true for the smartphone industry. But things have begun to change with the surfacing of the Sony Xperia Z1S.
Sony’s decision of providing top of the line specifications even in the mini variant can be finally seen come to life as Sony officially launched the Z1 Compact yesterday.
The release of the Z1 Compact isn’t a surprise as the rumours for the same have been afloat for quiet a long time. We did cover most of the rumours and as we can see the specifications are almost equivalent to that we had predicted.

Looking at the trend set up by Sony we can definitely hope for more such powerful phones in a Mini package from various OEM’s. We believe the time has now come when the Mini phones need not be Mini in terms of specifications.
